We were selected by the General Motors Detroit Community Impact Team to co-curate a private Customer Service Improvement Campaign & Workshop to help enhance the quality of customer service experiences. GM asked us to help build out a campaign that could be pushed out internally to their staff members, which was also followed up by ice cream socials. Everyone loves ice cream, right? Gm is a leader in the automotive industry and are very engaged with a lot of community programming in Detroit, so it was an honor.
